We take a look at some of the resources we have available to help you build your digital confidence.
Digital skills are crucial in adult social care because they enhance the quality and efficiency of care delivery. As the sector evolves, digital competence is becoming increasingly important for meeting the growing demands of modern care.
We wanted to put together a roundup resources which can help social care organisations looking to improve their digital abilities.
Digital Skills Framework
The Digital Skills Framework helps adult social care providers and staff build essential digital skills, improving service delivery and care outcomes. It offers guidance, tools, and resources to identify training needs and boost confidence in using technology in care settings.
The framework supports the government commitment in  to provide a ‘comprehensive digital learning offer’ for the adult social care sector.

Digitising Social Care
The Digitising Social Care website, managed by NHS England and DHSC, provides guidance to support digital innovation in adult social care. This website offers clear, up-to-date advice to help care providers enhance care quality and safety through digital transformation.
Digital Care Hub
The Digital Care Hub offers free information, guidance, and support to help adult social care providers effectively and safely utilise digital technology. As an independent, care provider-led consortium, it collaborates with various stakeholders, including technology suppliers, people drawing on care and support, carers, commissioners, and regulators, to address the sector's diverse needs.
Digital champions
A digital champion is an individual, usually a volunteer, who promotes and shares their knowledge, skills and enthusiasm of digital technology with colleagues and / or people drawing on care and support. They’re the ‘go-to’ people for that topic and the first point-of-contact when colleagues require support. Digital champions are usually staff members, but can also be within the community and support from the outside-in.
