Programme schedule
The programme will take place over four sessions:
Workshop 1 - The digital basics
Enhance understanding of digital culture and technology's role in supporting individuals accessing care, promoting person-centered care, identifying relevant technologies, addressing organizational barriers to digital adoption, and boosting confidence in leveraging digital tools for professional roles.
Workshop 2 – Being a digital leader
Lead and monitor your own and others’ digital learning and skills development, identify and develop staff for the role of digital champions, develop peer-to-peer learning and sharing relationships with other providers in the sector with using digital technology and developing good practice.
Workshop 3 - Systems knowledge and governance
Improve understanding of tools to help you determine what digital technologies best suit your organisation, evaluate and consider the use of data and information from an ethical perspective, understand good practice and accountability around the security, availability, sharing and integrity data security of confidential data records.
Workshop 4 - Critical thinking and action planning
Create a positive digital learning environment, share digital leadership experiences, influence digital solutions, lead personal and team digital development, and foster peer-to-peer learning within the sector.

Cost is £575 + VAT per person. This programme is eligible for maximum funding of £510 per person from the Adult Social Care Learning and Development Support Service.
Payment can be made by credit card or invoice.
Payment in full is required ahead of the programme taking place.
Failure to pay may result in your registration being cancelled.
